Huge thank you to Kelly (store manager) at this AutoZone! She jumped in right away, knew exactly what I needed, and had my new battery installed in no time. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. Because of her quick help, I made it to my appointment on time. Amazing customer service!

Kelly and the kind sir working with her inside the store were great help! I came in with concerns about my battery and within a very short amount of time they tested my battery, helped me find the appropriate battery I needed and did the replacement right in the parking lot. Quick fix with great customer service as a bonus.

Kelly first was annoyed with me returning a few items I had purchased in store and I also had online parts that I ordered but needed to return and told me I could only return half of my online order at this store because it was too much to return here. She had a bad attitude the entire time during the return process as if the money was coming out of her own pocket. I’ve been here before but never had an issue with anyone else but felt like making me return items to a different store because it was a bigger purchase is ridiculous.

Sebastian went absolutely above and beyond with his customer service! He was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very personable, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was just right. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back! Also, I have to mention—the store itself was spotless and very well-kept. Highly recommend!
