Tried to start my car. Locked out with a dead battery. After climbing into the trunk thru the backseat to open the trunk manually to gain access to the battery I knew I was in over my head. My Alfa Romeo was not a simple battery removal. I immediately searched Google maps and reviews to locate a mobile mechanic. Ridey Tidey is only a few blocks from my home so I called. Within one hour from my call Carlos was at my house and removed the old battery. He was then kind enough to drive me to the local AutoZone for a replacement battery. He installed the new battery, attached the fuse box along with numerous relays and ground wires and then buttoned up the battery compartment and trunk. Carlos came by and diagnosed my nephews truck. Only took him about 10 minutes. Didn't even charge us a dime. We also have a 2020 Chevrolet pickup with only 64,000 miles and a failing transmission. (4,000 miles past warrant coverage. I would not recommend buying any newer trucks with the 10 speed transmission) Carlos has been in contact with Chevrolet about the Chevy 10 speed transmission issue. No luck from Chevrolet yet, but Carlos hasn't given up trying to get Chevrolet to make it right. Carlos is a super nice guy and fair prices. Can't say enough good things about him.
