Take 5 Oil Change

So being that it was my 1st time pulling up to take 5 it was whole new experience for me they were very good at there job. Yes your able to stay in your car and watch everything that goes on from start to finish and just by going your 1st time you do get a 20% coupon and pretty much they walk you through what they are doing and they ask questions and they change out the filters that need to be done. I was happy with my experience alot of these places tell you your getting an oil change and they just top you off and charge you. At take 5 you can see it all happen right in front on with out the behind scenes of not knowing if they did it or not.

I was able to sit in my car relax while they took care of everything. No pressure sales. They explained everything completely. Love their communication with each other. The supervisor was great. Even noticed my air light was on and put air in my tires. This will definitely be my go to place. Thanks.

I had an incredible experience getting my oil changed today! Huge shoutout to Nathan K. and Taddeo A. These guys are professionals through and through. They were extremely polite, offered me water while I waited, and took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my vehicle. The service was fast (done in about 25 minutes), but I never felt rushed. The customer service here is truly unmatched. Ask for Nathan and Taddeo you won't regret it!

I’m gonna have to give 3 stars for a few reasons so I took my vehicle in to have an oil changed and they were pretty persuasive for the coolant replacement so they did that but I told them that I had a budget of $220 that I didn’t wanna go Over so I asked her that they do what they can within that budget. My vehicle is high mileage so I requested to get the mobile one oil change and instead of the workers providing a mobile one they gave me a basic oil change in order to get that coolant change commission on top of that They were trying to confuse me with saying that they were gonna charge me for an air filter replacement and give me a discount so the discount sounded good whenever they said they took $63 off but they never replaced. The air filter charged me for it, but never replaced it.

Hands down very professional and the accountability held with coworkers was amazing. Even then very professional loved seeing the team work. Had oil and coolant changed. Loved the education of why they recommend it and the purpose. Quick and very reasonable prices!! Will be back to visit this location!!
