AutoZone Auto Parts

When we went to AutoZone tonight, they were having a rush most likely because of the extreme cold affecting vehicles. There were only two people working and they were working their tails off. When it came to our turn, they were able to tell quickly it was the battery, then would have helped us put the new one in but a very kind gentleman stepped in and helped. After we got that done, they tested the alternator and started just to make sure they were ok. Even though they were crazy busy there for a while, you could tell that they cared about their customers.

We went in last evening and there were only 2 workers and they did an amazing job accommodating the customers!!! It was cold outside and one worker was assisting customers outside while the other was tending to the indoors customers. Our wait was very minimal.

I shop here all the time

4-5 people behind the counter and were extremely weird and unhelpful. All of them seemed to be brand new hires laughing at my questions. Also just got a battery from here a couple months ago and it already went bad and they wernt able to do anything to help.

Today my car battery died. A nice gentleman gave me a jumpstart and I went straight to Auto Zone. I am a hospice nurse and work on the weekends. I need to be available to go at a moment’s notice. When I was told that they would not be able to replace my battery for me on this Sunday afternoon, my heart sank and I began to panic. I quickly explained my predicament and Eric, who had just stopped by on his day off, graciously labored for an hour to replace the battery on my Buick Envision. It was a difficult and tedious job, but Eric did it with a smile on his face. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Eric and Auto Zone for helping me out of a predicament on a Sunday, so I could continue to tend to my hospice patients. God bless you!
