I’ve been shopping at this AutoZone location for years, long before the current GM transferred here. Unfortunately, my experiences with returns have become consistently negative since his arrival. As a DIY customer, I often purchase multiple items for a repair and return what I don’t use. This has never been a problem at other AutoZone stores. However, at this location, I’ve been repeatedly challenged when trying to return items that were brand new, still in the original bag, and purchased within the past 24 hours. For example, I recently tried to return a chrome socket and ratchet. The GM inspected them as if they had been used, even though they had not left the bag. Chrome tools often come with minor blemishes right off the shelf, which I confirmed by comparing them to other new socket

I had a headlight out on my Subaru Crosstrek and stopped in to see if they carried a replacement light. I was helped by an employee named Lucas. He explained which type of light I needed and even installed it for me after I purchased it. Great customer service!

I recently had a car battery replaced at the AutoZone in Menomonee Falls. The staff was extremely helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the products and services they offered. Would recommend them.

No complaints here! I just had one wiper replaced. Store manager and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful in replacing my blade for me. Great experience and I love that I was in and out in no time!

Worst auto zone in the state.. This is the most uneducated auto zone. Never have I experienced auto zone not being able to make returns on a brand new item with receipts. “Steven” the store manager goes by “Steve” lacks manager qualities. Do better.
