Outstanding! Excellent customer service!!! While traveling from Kansas to Wisconsin I got a nail in my tire. At the recommendation of a friend I took my car to Falls Muffler and Alignment and they fixed me up with a plug free of charge! Plus we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Couldn’t recommend more, this shows that there are still places of business that see the human behind the customer.

I recently moved to the Falls & my exhaust was starting to go. I called on a Friday and was able to bring it in on Monday & it would be looked at. I dropped it off & was fixed the same day. They did a great job. I highly recommend them . Keep up the good work guy’s @ Falls Muffler & Alignment !!!

Needed to get the exhaust repaired for my son who was visiting from out of town. Falls Exhaust was able to get me in, provide a free inspection and estimate (the 'M' guys wanted $59) and offered to repair it the same day. To top it off they provided a loaner, called and texted on the status and it's now sounding great. I'll definitely be back when I need service on my other cars!

Car got loud, took it to Falls Muffler on a recommendation, they got it in right away told me what the problem was a fixed it.... The guys are super knowledgeable and friendly. Great place!! Super transparent and fair!! Will use Falls Muffler and alignment for all vehicle needs. Thank you 🙏🏼
