Midas

We came in for a flat tire - all the other places in the Germantown area said it would take hours or our car would need to be dropped off to fix. Midas was our third stop and so thankful to find them. They fixed the tire (and rotated all the tires) in 1 hour and 15 min - so fast! Plus, they were very friendly and explained everything in great detail. Excellent customer service - rare to find these days. We will definitely be back for any future car issues!

3/1/25 Got a call for a refund after calling Midas Corporate AND THEN editing this review. I was going to bump up the stars to two but as soon as I started taking apart the rest of the “work” they did, I couldn’t. It’s a genuine miracle only one axle was ruined. The tech almost took out BOTH. AND he did a terrible job with the breaks. I’ll be calling corporate again because I want them to pay for a replacement axle. Long story short: misdiagnosed, $600+ in parts they ruined, and no rear brakes. Not sure I’d recommend you get your washer fluid filled here. Was promised a refund, hasn’t happened, but only for the $800+ in practically pointless labor since I have to get it completely redone. My brakes were in such poor condition I had to have them done before I drove my car again. I brought the car here and they explained they could do it quick and gave me an estimate of price and completion time. They were true to their word and were super friendly. I will be a returning customer!

I've been there twice in the last year and had great service in a timely fashion. Price for the exhaust work was very reasonable and a lot less than I thought it would be. I will definitely use them again!!

Let me be clear at the front that I'm writing this review based on quality of service alone; I can't really speak to the skill of the mechanics here or the overall pricing, considering I only had a battery installed. I went to the Batteries Plus next door at around 5:30pm during an intensely cold stretch of winter, thinking I needed a new battery. I bought one and they offered to install it; ultimately, I couldn't stomach having the store rep there install it outdoors in the dark at -10 F. I walked over to Midas to see if they'd do it without an appointment and, what I didn't realize at the time, right before the closed.
