Employees don't look at inventory when a customer calls to see about a part. I had a vehicle that blew a radiator hose on Interstate 22 so I called Autozone because thats who I prefer to do business with. Guy picks up the phone gets the vehicle information. He proceeds to tell me that he has the part that I am trying to locate which was a top radiator hose. So with me needing the part right then I drove an hour to get this hose only to find out when I arrived that they in fact DID NOT have the hose when the employee was looking at was a flex hose not the radiator hose that I needed. So needle to say one was located a couple towns over so I figured done drove this far whats another 45 minutes to get a hose. I mean if the employee would've checked inventory before he acknowledges that he had

I got my part $5 less at this location and the young man was very kind and found out all knowledge of the part, checked the code with the tester and really gave the best info. I appreciate him and the time he took to make sure I was content with my purchase and the store was clean and all employees created me kindly. Just the same ad the other location I checked, but they didn't have the part in store stock so I chose this location.

Purchased an oil sending unit socket. Socket was defective and would not go all the way down on the unit. Carried it back and was told they could only give store credit for it. All the sockets were the same way. I’ll never be back
