Rico was such an amazing help! He offered to replace my bulb for me and was able to get it taken care of for me right in the parking lot. Overall they had an upstanding staff and amazing customer service!
Went in for some help to swap my NC state plates for VA plates. The screws were stripped and Ricco was incredibly helpful in finding a cost effective solution. We will be going to this location for all our car needs.

Needed to pick up something that I saw was available at this location when checking online. When I arrived, the item was available on the shelf. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and helpful. The shop was well stopped with merchandise and check out.
I had a slight problem with my car that needed to be diagnosed. I called my regular auto repair shop, and they wanted to charge me at least $87 for a 30-minute to 2-hour diagnostic inspection. I didn't have the money for that, so I went to the Auto Zone down the street from where I live. It was free, and done in 2 minutes. Also, it was the same diagnosis as the one my fiance gave when he scanned my car the day before! Many thanks to Ashley!! 🙂
