Impeccable service, I couldn't believe what they knew when I came in! These people arent irresponsible and I'd bet that they are trained to handle any customer that comes in. I just met with Erny and his staff in North Reading. I had purchased a set of wiper a few months ago and they have never worked properly. Erny took the time to look at the wipers and solved the problem. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received today.
