Gilbert helped me out big time. I came in to purchase something but I needed to wash my hands because they were covered in oil. He let me use his bathroom and was very nice and cheerful.

Gilbert and Jordan are the ultimate car dudes. I was seriously surprised by how helpful, knowledgeable, and professional they were - they went above and beyond to help me diagnose my car and explained things with clarity and patience. I'm from out of State/Town and needed to pick up a few things at this N. Salt Lake City Ut. Store Before heading back home, I found the Young man that helped me find exactly what I went in to get, he was very helpful & professional, I made a mental note about where I was. This us the type of store that is hard to find, I was very satisfied with everything about this location. 😃👍

Wipers quit working. Gilbert put on a coat and helped troubleshoot in a downpour. I am recovering from a transplant and he made sure I was in where it was warm and dry. He went above and beyond. I tried to give him money or buy his lunch and he would take neither. I will go this store every time I need parts. GREAT SERVICE.

I purchased a battery through this location in 2022. The battery has already gone bad. I spent over $200 on this battery. I called to see if it was still under warranty. They told me it wasn't and that it has expired as of around 20 days ago and wouldn't make an exception. What a joke of a location and store! I will never buy anything from this location again. I could have bought that battery from another location for half the cost and would have had better service else where and support. Thanks for nothing! THIS PLACE SELLS LEMONS! and WONT SUPPORT YOU !!!!
