I know they're all good to have around, but I have to say they had what I needed when two competitors did not, I checked.

Very disappointed with the O'Fallon location. Went up today to get a new battery and have it installed. We checked the website AND there was a huge advertisement on the side of the building claiming free installation for batteries. When we talked with the associate working today he said that he would sell the battery but was not going to install it. Very frustrating.

I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me with my battery a couple of weeks ago. He was great! Very polite and attentive. I will definitely go back to this location.

unfriendly and unhelpful staff. kept blaming a mechanical failure on me, and never elaborated on what anything meant. kept talking to me like I didn't know anything about cars. also kept trying to sell me parts I don't need
