I recently visited The Bays for my first time after finding the location online. When I walked in I was instantly welcomed in by Jeremy and we began talking. Jeremy provided excellent customer service to where it felt like I was talking to a long time friend ranging from what the business was about, chemicals he recommends, personal things such as my detailing business, and much more. My main intention for visiting was to purchase some of the top-grade, exclusive chemicals the store physically sells that you would be limited to purchasing online elsewhere, but I wanted to see how their self-detailing bay area worked too. Made an appt to wash my car today and check out The BAYS STL. I had stopped and checked it out before so I already knew Jeremy the owner was super cool but this visit was even better. The wash stations are super easy to use and have everything you need other then the wash chemicals and soaps, the water is as heated since it’s cold as heck right now lol. I needed some detail product for after the wash and Jeremy helped me identify a new product I hadn’t tried before based on my needs. No pressure tactics to buy more than I needed or wanted, then walked me through the wash bays to make sure I knew my way around and was always available if I had questions. I will definitely be going back again and working with him for more services!

An amazing place ran by an amazing guy! Jeremy is helpful and knows the products he has in store inside and out. The wash bay rental is a great way to get your vehicle cleaned up in a convenient way if you have water restrictions at home or just want a climate controlled space to wash in. Most chemicals, microfiber and tools are cheaper than you can get them online as well!

When this place opened up almost a year ago i had no idea what it had in store. At first I thought it was just going to be a product supply store and that’s about it. But my first time there Jeremy the owner was very welcoming. He showed me around giving me insight on what the bays truly is. It’s not just your normal self serve car wash. it’s a whole experience.
