Lasater Automotive

I had a headlight bulb go out over the holiday break and called Lasater first thing this morning (Monday), and was able to get an appointment at 1:00 today. About 30 minutes later it was fixed and ready to go, at a very reasonable price. Thanks Kelly, for another quick and efficient repair at a fair price.

Lasater Auto treated me extremely well. I needed brake pads and rotors changed, but also had a check engine light on. They replaced a sensor, but it turned out not to be the cause of the check engine light, so they replaced the other two possible sensors it could be at no extra charge. That was above and beyond what I expected and I'm very grateful for their generosity. They make sure their customers are taken care of. Thank you.

I took my dodge caravan to 5 different auto mechanics (including the dealership) to see why my van was stalling on me. Everyone was playing the guessing game and it was getting very frustrating. My best friend said, I know it's a long way from your house but, where I go is the best. I said to myself, this is the last place. I spoke with Kelly and told him what was going on and he ask if he could keep the van for a little while and have his mechanic drive it. I told him whatever it takes. They had the van for about two weeks, showed me what the problem was and for the past two months, my 2015 van has been driving like new!!!
