Great staff work here. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. Manager Peter especially was super star. I went camping during Labor Day weekend and got my Alternator die on my old Kia SUV. These guys helped identify the problem, provided tools and support, and I was able to replace Alternator on the parking lot and get back on the road with limiteted interruption. Kudos to autozone and their team!

I have used this store every time I come up from down South, not once do they ask for your phone number to see if you get a discount. Yesterday I asked the guy if he was going to look up my number after he rang me up, he did and I saved $10.00. you can't trust these people, in this store as today I went back and another worker didn't ask for my number. Customers beware of these shiesters.

Chris Sheldon really helped me out of a bind. car died on vacation, chris took a look (on a Sunday afternoon when everyone else was closed) got me a new battery and back to my vacation in literally minutes. Wow what a great experience. I had engine light come on, and they did diagnostic on my car. And found I had a gas cap that was leaking. Got a new one for under $25. With out the hassle of going to the dealership. Highly recommend 5 star service.

I stopped by this new store while visiting Harwichport because my check engine light was on. They were extremely helpful and accurately diagnosed my car issue. They allayed my fear that it was anything major. They even completed a visual inspection and offered a low cost recommendation. I wish I could recall the name of the person that helped me.
