I was more than pleased with the quality and timeliness of my service at Midas in Orleans. The service manager James was very courteous, professional, and went out of his way to be helpful. The mechanic was very pleasant and had my car in and out in good time. Highly recommend!

I have had my 2012 Subaru Outback serviced three times in the last few months by the staff at Midas in Orleans. James and Scott have been exceptionally professional and kind to me relative to my vehicle needs. They have been very patient and comprehensive in explaining the details of each service from start to finish. Their patience and interpersonal skills have been greatly appreciated. They have also always serviced my car in a very prompt time frame - including on Christmas Eve. 10/10 for the entire team. Very grateful!

I ran into an issue after receiving an oil change but James made sure I left a happy customer! I believe it was the manager of the midas who actually drove to meet someone to get the part for my car! I'm very appreciative of the midas staff taking care of me during this holiday season! I highly recommend you go down to Midas and talk to James for whatever mechanical needs your car might need!! With an already full schedule Scott fit my jeep wrangler in to take a look. The guys were great.. I went back a couple days later on a different issue and they were even more helpful.. I had been to many other shops in the area where they were all too busy. Midas found time for me to ease my worries.. it was a great feeling knowing they are there for me. Thank you Team Midas!!

All of a sudden my car got an exhaust problem … it was so loud! I called and they got me in the next day. They were all friendly and knowledgeable! I LOVE how they keep you informed each step Of the way with a text!! Re: the technician is evaluating your car … all the way to finish!! Great shop - I highly recommend them!!
