Always helpful and is nice to have ppl with a sense of humor to contribute when I have a bad or frustrating day and need to be mouthy. They've done well dealing with my needs and taken back the items I ended up not needing. Good place when needing help with whatever.

I had a battery problem today. I went back To AutoZone to replace it. Everyone one there was so nice and extremely helpful. Jessica checked it and replaced it. Thanks, Jessica. It was covered under warranty. No hassle at all. I was truly impressed with how easy it was.

Got an alternator from this location. While purchasing it the lady at the counter billing me out didn’t take my phone #. When I brought the core back they told me that they will have to bill me again and credit it back to get the warranty. I told the Manager that I can’t afford them to do this. She said it will go right back on my card. It didn’t. It took 2 days to go back on my card. I got charged overdraft fees. I feel like I was lied to. I contacted corporate and am still waiting for a response.

Jessica was so nice to deliver a part and tool needed to us when we were stranded at the Interstate35 exit in our RV! Many thanks for prompt, friendly service and being willing to go the extra mile so we can get back on the road! Thankfully my husband knows the mechanic-ing part of the job.

The store and the employees are absolutely amazing aside from one man that works there. Unfortunately the odor radiating from his body has made me take my business to Advanced Auto.
