Quick Lane at Bob Allen Ford-Ottawa

I was traveling to Wichita KS which is a 2 hour drive when I had the skid shield bend during my travel. I tried to find a mechanic shop that would be able to take me in as fast as possible so I could continue my way back home. Fortunately, quick lane was able to me right in and get me taken care of in under 30 minutes so I could continue my trip. All of the associates were nice and super helpful especially the one on the front desk. I didn’t quite catch his name but his help was fully appreciated. 10/10 would definitely come back again if I’m in the area again.

Best car service especially in an emergency situation. Had a flat tire. They didn't have the tire on hand but were more than willing to change the tire when the other shop had the tire but wouldn't change it for us. The other shop had no cars/not busy. Quick lane took the extra time with their busy schedule to help us out.

We got a screw in our tire on our way to family for Thanksgiving, and were frantically calling around to try to find someone that would repair it at 5pm Thanksgiving Eve. From the moment they answered the phone, I felt their friendliness and professionalism and they were quick to say they would help us. They got us back on the road quickly and with many smiles. I am thankful this Thanksgiving for this great team!

Last time I come here. People are nice but hit n miss on service. I had an oil change go bad when they didn't put the dipstick back in all the way... Big mess. Just had a balance and rotate done, took hrs from the time they pulled the truck in. Tech said he got pulled to work on a new car the dealership sold. Sorry guys, you will not get my business any more.

Everyone at Bob Allen Ottawa were very kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. I found a car I really liked, but had to hold it there until later. They allowed me to keep the car on hold until I was ready to buy. The buying process was fast and easy! I would most definitely buy another car from here!
