The Staff there does not care about you and is uninformed. I called before going and they said they had my part in stock (several of them) and when I arrived shortly after they had none. They were not concerned at all I had gone there for nothing. When I asked if any other locations nearby had it in stock, the clerk did not know how to use their system to find out. Drove over to Napa and the clerk knew exactly what I needed, found the part, and gave me a discount that beat Advanced Auto's price. Guess where I am going next time i need something for my car?

Got a new truck battery installed by Mark. He was quick, efficient & sent me on my way in under 15 minutes. That includes buying the parts & the installation which was included for free! Every time I go in there all the store associates are super helpful & kind!

Sean assisted us with installing a new battery on my sister’s car today. Not only was he polite and friendly, but he went above and beyond to get the battery replaced. Awesome customer service, and recommend coming down to see Sean anytime you are having battery troubles!
