Typical damsel in distress story, I needed help reinstalling my wiper blade that went flying off when I tried to use them. Had me taken care of in two minutes! Thank you!
My wife and I also felt inconvenienced. Went in because of a battery/alternator issue. I asked to use the tester and had to buy a new battery to get a proper testing, then once he ran the test it came back that the alternator was bad so I bought a new alternator and serpentine belt. Was about to do the swap but thought I should get a second test done from a different auto zone because I didn’t trust the guy and I did that and I had no problems. Had to return alternator but couldn’t return battery.
Brad wasa big help. Said he was the manager. He runs a great service center at Autozone.
