I love the smell of used motor oil. Gary and his boss Stephen are legitimately the best people in the industry. If anything Gary and John need a raise they go above and beyond without Mr Richmond asking. Mindy Morgan is the sweetest person and I enjoy her antics. Whoever the redhead who comes in every now and again smells like stale peanut butter. He is very friendly but sometimes he and Gary get into it and it upsets me.

I don't particularly care what business hours a A business has even if they're open 2 hours a day, 3 days a week. That of course is their choice but not honoring business hours and letting people drive 30 minutes each way only to find out store closed at least 13 minutes early .... Is BS. I'm practically speaking this used to be one of my favorite auto parts stores, but that was several years back when they still had people working the counter who actually knew what car parts were and could help you identify, find, replace and understand .... The car parts you are holding in front of them Now it's a borderline miracle if they don't stand there and stare at you waiting for you to pick the car battery up off the shelf and carry it up to the register Their hours are clearly posted everywhe

It would be nice if the store stuck with the hours on the website. Drove over half an hour for the store to be still closed when I arrived, even though the website says its open.

My battery died so I stopped here to have it tested and replaced. The salesperson I got was just rude and had a bad attitude. Name tag said sales manager (Boo) this lady really shouldn’t be in customer service. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else that appreciates the business.

Needed a battery for our 2014 Nissan Murano. They had a great selection in stock, and the one I selected worked great.
