I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew today who helped fix my wiper blades recently purchased. Thanks to Andrew the wiper blades were locked into place, as this winter weather has made my Windshield dirty consistently. He is a true asset to Autozone and Management should be thankful 🙏.

Charlie at AutoZone is top-tier. I stopped in for a windshield wiper for my Mercedes-Benz, and he went above & beyond by installing it for me in the snow so I could pass inspection. Sal went the extra mile in the pouring rain to get my parts installed and get me home. This store really stands out in terms of customer service, and the new location is much more convenient than traveling to Thorndale.

Excellent customer service! Charlie "That Guy" changed out the battery in my sister's car, we were very well taken care of here! Also this location is new so the map pin isn't accurate yet, it's right next to the CVS nearby.

The customer service and care my family and I received at this store was 100/10. Every single need was taken care of, even though what they sold in store couldn’t solve our issue. While driving to Harrisburg PA, one of our tires blew! A scary experience with three small kids in the car, but it was a miracle that it happened in front of this store! They showed up as if we were their own family. Literally every step taken care of including jacking up our van, getting the tire off, driving my husband to a tire shop nearby, and reinstalling the tire! Zero complaints and a smile the entire time. My children and I were invited to wait inside and welcomed by the staff. What would’ve taken hours to fix on our own took less than one hour with all of their help. I’m so grateful and indebted to every
