Have had work performed over many years here (BMW, Audi, Mazda, Hyundai, etc.). Scott is quick, friendly, and identifies what you need---and only what you need. No BS inflating of invoice like some dealers. Knowledgeable, prompt, and communicates well. Pricing is extremely fair and work is done right. All the family's cars go to HSR.

As a retired mechanic I understand what it take to repair a modern car/truck. At 70+ years old I can no longer get into all those twisted positions necessary to repair cars. Scott and his crew do a wonderful job taking car of my cars & trucks. His service is prompt, clean and fair priced. I will recommend him to any and everyone.

Always great service, Scott is honest and fair, Natalie explains everything in terms I can understand, both are transparent about repairs and costs. I have used several auto repairs shops over the years and this one is far and above the best.

Moved to the area in 2019 and needed a mechanic. I saw this little shop every day when I drove and decided id give them a shot. First time I had a flat tire. Called Scott and he said come on down. He squeezed me in for the tire repair and an inspection. The price was cheaper then I had ever paid for something like this. I was very impressed with this shop. Communication was great, prices were minimal, work was of quality, and the way they work around your schedule I really appreciate. Scott recommended things that could be helpful for me or I might need down the road. Nothing pushy at all. 5 stars!!

They are honest, thorough, and professional. I will be using them again. For everything. I highly recommend. Updating my review. A year later and Scott, Natalie, and Allen go above and beyond to take care of you. Had a problem with my brakes, stopped by after work, as usual, Scott and Allen found the problem right away.
