I was offered help as soon as I walked into the store. They quickly looked up what I needed and went and grabbed it off the shelf for me. Then to my surprise the gentlemen offered to put my new wipers on the car for me. Outstanding service!

Bald guy told me he cant change my battery because of “rust” issues, i was confused because its been changed before. He told me himself he wont change it because he cant, which is why its weird that he was inspecting my battery when he just said he doesnt know how to. Seems like he didnt wanna work but hey came to advanced auto parts and they changed it with no problem.

I came in exchange a starter on my truck and the big bald fella said the warranty was invalid. I went to east patchouge on main st and they had no problem with the warrenty. He gives people nothing but problems

I just wanted to exchange my warranty alternator and just wanted the one that was 30$ more after the exchange the total went up 60$ more with core deposit which makes no sense if am exchanging it ended up wanting the regular exchange but bald guy gave me refund instead after I said I’ll take the warranty exchange now I have to wait 2-5 days for my money back then buy another alternator great now no car for the week
