AutoZone Auto Parts

This AutoZone is amazing, I rolled up with brake issues and everyone on staff was willing to give me ideas and an extra big thanks to Caleb, he went out of his way to help me take my rotor off and even helped get me parts that AutoZone doesn’t carry, again all of the staff were amazing!

Called AutoZone the day before and gave them an item number that online says they have. The employee was confused but helpful. When I went in to get the item the staff was rude and wanted to argue that the item I wanted was in front of me. For reference it was a snow brush. I told them the item description and they claimed it was the one she showed me. Two rude women. I told them this is not it and I went to Advanced Auto Parts. Do not recommend the Auto Zone in Petoskey MI.

Thank you Matty for taking care of the battery in my wife’s truck. We will definitely be coming back for all of our auto part needs in the future. Highly recommend this store!

We were traveling from out of town and needed a new battery to get home. Eric went above and beyond to change it out in the cold to make sure we could get home. Amazing service.

Always good to me. Even if parts do fail which they do for anybody, they always are willing to make it right. My go-to place for sure
