Our mechanic Chris did an amazing job keeping us updated on the progress he was making, throughly explaining the issues with the car and the exact cost of each repair. I have never had such a great experience having car fixed!

I am from Harbor Springs and understand that maintaining excellent, cheerful customer service at the end of the busy summer can be a challenge. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went into ByRider for some help. The brake light bulb on my RV had blown and I wanted to be safe in my highway travels downstate that day. I was immediately greeted at the door. The parts employee was clearly busy with a project, but instantly looked up and asked how he could help. He brought the right replacement bulb from the back and then didn’t charge me. With that kind of customer service, you can best I will be visiting them again! Thanks to ByRider for making my travels safer and my day a little brighter!

BE AWARE OF Amanda!!! She locked my 20 year old daughter into a car payment of $750 a month for a 2013 focus! Although my daughter was a first stone car buyer you’d think Amanda would have steered her into the right direction, but no she was your typical scammer car salesman. I will never suggest anyone ever do business her. She was rude and nasty and would not work with my daughter by no means. She was nice to my mother when my mother paid a few payments to keep my daughter a float. But not my daughter. My daughter lost her apartment due to this ridiculous car payment, she moved back in with me. She tried to surrendered her vehicle and Ms. Amanda said she couldn’t, but then had it towed at 2 am after arguing that my daughter could NOT surrender her car “It don’t work like that “ her exact

Amanda really took some serious time helping me to get into a vehicle. I have quite a complex credit history and she was so thorough and really did her best to work with me. Even came in on her day off just to work with me. She made the whole process feel so much more relaxed and I came out in the end with an awesome vehicle that will last me a long time! Definitely recommend coming here if you have trouble getting approved elsewhere.10/10!!
