Matt at AutoZone provided outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and ready to help. He took the time to listen to what was going on with my car and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He explained everything clearly and even went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to install the part. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Matt definitely does. Because of him, my experience at AutoZone was quick, easy, and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Matt if you need help!

This place doesn’t know what they are doing. I had went in the store not once but twice last week too return some things and they told me they could not do anything about it that basically I was having too take a loss because I used tap to pay and I had shattered my phone so I no longer had access too my card. So you’re telling me even with me having a recipe in hand they still couldn’t do anything???crazy to me. I will never go there again!!!! The retail return price was over $350. Of course I wasn’t just going too let it go because that’s a lot of money. So I had too take it too another auto zone in south bend and they were great I give them a 10/10. Do better Plymouth because you just lost a really good customer !!

Jeremy was an awesome helpful nice guy. Went to check battery late right before close needed new one and he was still nice enough to help change it out in the dark and freezing cold! Definitely come see him again

LIZ IS THE BEST!!! We were on a road trip and didn’t know what the problem with our car was or how to fix it. She figured out the problem right away and directed us on how to get further help. She helped us figure out what we needed and where to go. Got our car fixed within the hour!! The goat. She deserves a raise. Thank you Liz - five college girls with engine light on who went to Daniel.

I have a commercial account with the Zone and they have been really helpful over the years. I have utilized multiple stores to keep my trucks on the road from Southbend to Logansport. As you can see the last trip involved getting a new battery for a relatives vehicle.
