AutoZone Auto Parts

I called ahead of time and spoke with Zach. I told him I would come before his shift ended. Zach was outside taking a break when I pulled up. He didn't know me, but knew the make, model, year of my car, but not the color. As I pulled up he went inside. Before I even got to the counter, Zach was right there with the parts we discussed I purchase, which I decided on a cheaper than the highest but just as good, all explain before on the phone call. Zach then installed the windshield wipers and made sure they worked properly before I left! Top notch employee and service! Thank you!!

The experience was pretty good. The employee at the cashier, M. Wilson I believe, was super helpful, quick, and efficient at finding and getting me what I needed! Definitely going back whenever I need to!

I recently had to get a new battery & unfortunately they are NOT cheap anymore. I had “shopped” all day & was defeated. On a whim pulled in Autozone Pontotoc to “just see”. Kennen & Duran were kind, understanding & SO helpful! They even put it on for me!! Thank you guys for helping me out today!! Even had a few laughs!! Thank you guys!!

Hi I'm I commercial customer at the autozone in Pontotoc ms location and have been for sometime now I am rating the store at a 3 and leaving this review in hopes that it reaches the right level of management this store goes through a lot of employees and is always understaffed and training new people and as a customer having to deal with new people all the time getting the parts I need to make my money take time out of my day and on top of the I sometimes have to do the search to find them a part number myself to give them to get my parts if someone would look into this then they would see that the employees that leave most of them quit the store and moved on for reasons that I feel like could have been avoided and accommodate I strongly advise that upper management implement a policy of e

Update. Still can't give this store a good rating. Yes they were still as busy as ever with only 2 employees in the whole store. I did see a couple of people who left without being waited on. We were there for over an hour! The girl who waited on us was more concerned that she didn't get a break or lunch than anything else. Everything seemed to take her forever. Then when i gave her my check, the register didn't print me a receipt. Never leave AutoZone without a receipt! And I'd think twice about taking young children in that store when the green haired girl is working. She has a mouth like a sailor and didn't care who was hearing it.
