Dipstix Oil Change - Pontotoc

I received prompt and attentive service. I was notified of all services that were being done to my car and offered to have my tire rotated, which I was happy to have. He also checked my battery life as well as my fluids.

Removed my black Cadillac-emblazoned engine cover and “misplaced it” during a routine oil change. They did not offer to replace it or compensate in any way. I would give zero stars if I could.

Told me I needed brake pads that they were less than 10%. Took car to tire shop and was told they were at 85%. I may be a woman but I’m not stupid. I knew there was no way they were that low!

I gave them another shot after already being wary since they caused a problem in my car in the past and I’m so livid at the result. My car wouldn’t even come on the next morning, despite being completely fine prior to the oil change and the problem area is relating exactly to the area that they messed with while doing the oil change. Just like last time. Now I have to fork out $$$ to fix what they broke AGAIN. And this time I’m absolutely sure it’s them that caused it, because when I went to other oil places and received an oil change, my car never had a problem and only performed better. Only when I went to this particular dipstix did I end up like this. I’m so upset and feel so dumb for even giving them another chance because of how close the stores location was to me.
