For us, we had an excellent experience with this salvage yard! From the moment I called, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. After a 2.5-hour drive to another salvage yard that couldn't produce the part we came for, we gave Kars a call, and they immediately got started pulling the part we needed to save us from a wasted trip. They quickly found the exact part we needed and went out of their way to get it pulled with just 45 minutes until closing time!! We are very impressed! We also appreciate that they leave harnesses intact on their used engines. Most salvage yards do not put that kind of effort into their work. We will definitely be doing more business with them!!

I had a terrible experience with them. They took my personal information and card details for the purchase, then sold the part I wanted without giving me a heads-up or offering an apology. Bri didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me before selling something I was already expecting to be shipped to me. Don’t trust that your order will actually go through, and with such terrible customer service, I wouldn’t trust the place at all. Be careful — you could easily end up being scammed.

One of the best parts supplier's in North Mississippi. Customer service is phenomenal. Very friendly in person and on the phone. They have competitive prices and usually have the best price. The quality of their parts is very good. If your a dealer or mechanic you will be very pleased.

The lack of communication and professionalism is shocking. I wouldn’t rely on them to follow through with a sale, and the customer service made the entire situation even worse. I strongly recommend being cautious if you choose to deal with them.

Poor communication. Just look at the review section — they don’t even respond to negative reviews, not even as a basic courtesy to say they’re sorry or to offer help. Definitely won’t recommend them.
