Amazing customer service. The associates on shift: Mariah, and I believe his name was Carter, were both very kind and helpful. The store was very well stocked had a variety of choices in everything I needed. The two associates were both experts and were able to help me figure out what I should get for my car. Mariah even took a lot of time to help me set up my new seat covers because I was struggling to get them on. I know many others who also come to this location and are always given excellent service. I will definitely be returning to this location.

I came in with a engine/electrical issue. I explained it to the Manager, Jeff and he listened, asked follow-up questions and provided insert and suggestions. He was and is very well spoken, professional and cool. We came to a resolve and got me confidently back on the road.

Carter helped me chose the right wiper blades. His customer service skills are top notch. I will be a repeat customer because of his knowledge. Lastly, he sold me the right blades vs when I bought them from Advance and they were wrong.

Carter G was super helpful this morning changing out my battery after I was turned away from another store. Despite my battery being in a difficult position, Carter G did not hesitate to change it out! I appreciate workers like him! TY again Carter!
