I was the only african american female there. No one tried helping me but one person. every other person tended to the same caucasian individuals. So i stayed out about 15 minutes trying to do my own car. Very inappropriate, would not recommend & Mrs Doughtfire almost hit me with the door and didn’t say excuse me but was smoking

They tested, found the right battery, then swapped out that battery for me. I could have done it myself, however it wouldn't have been as fast. This was a great service they provided. Battery was for sure bad as my mechanic recommended I replace, and I went here because it was under warranty, and they did it for no charge. That service had me coming back a week later with my wife's car and getting a new battery with them. Great staff!!!!

I was on my way to Montgomery, when I started having trouble with my car. I stopped by the Autozone in Prattville to pick up what I needed to fix it. As soon as I walked I walked in I was greeted by this wonderful employee named Kayla. She was warm,welcoming, and extremely helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even made a few suggestions that were very helpful later when I was able to really work on my. Best experience at an auto parts store I've ever had. I definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

Bought a battery toward the later end of july.Went home with it.It had no charge had fluids, but no charge took it back to the store where a mailmanger verified, it had no power charge at all.So he got me another one off.The shelf verified it was good and I took it home and used it. So since the next cold spell came through, I found that the battery had low power to the point.It would not start the vehicle.Try to trickle charge it overnight.Would not hold a good charge contact at the store.When they pulled it up, they showed up the battery belonging to a totally different vehicle that i've never owned and trying to tell me it was over six months when I know it's six months is due, come.December, then, the technician told me to stand by to talk to the manager waited for twenty minutes plus

Very helpful staff at this location. I was in and out in a very short time. Very good selection of parts and other needed items for your vehicle.
