AutoZone Auto Parts

Today I bought a battery at a price less that most. Still pretty typical for a battery these days. However, Alan one of the very helpful associates here, changed it for me for free. He did all of the work and I was in and out. I appreciate saving around $100 for letting a mechanic change it. Thank you Alan and all of the great guys at the Pav Way location in Prescott Valley. Five star service for sure.

I went to Auto Zone just to see if they had the fuse I was needing and boy was my experience not good at all. I was the only customer in the store and I asked the guy behind the counter if they carried this fuse. He then said, fuses are down on aisle 1 towards the back on the left. I said okay. Like dang, you’re not helpful at all. I looked for a minute and then proceeded to leave as I did not find it. On my way out, he was still in the same position that I saw him in when I went to look on my own. He didn’t ask me on the way out anything, as far as did you find it, can I order it for you or nothing. Basically I’m a say, I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO AUTO ZONE AGAIN.

Absolutely the worst AutoZone I’ve ever been to. This location installed battery for me this morning. It was very obvious The guy didn’t know what he was doing. He ended up taking the whole case for my battery out and had to put it back, which he did it wrong. On my way home from work, the connections to my battery popped off, and my car completely turned off While I was at a red light. Now I’m waiting on roadside assistance and have to pay for it. In addition to my brand new battery. I will never go back to this auto zone again.

Alan is amazing. Came in for an oil filter but the one I needed wasn't available, but Alan took the responsibility of finding an alternative and getting up to show me these alternatives along with also finding the right price for me. I appreciate this and hope to see more employees like him. He needs a raise or a promotion.

After numerous attempts & countless hours of watching YouTube videos on how to fix my headlights. To which turned out to be a major failure. I figured go to an AutoZone & see if an associate would be of assistance in my need of desperate help.
