AutoZone Auto Parts

Steven the manager went above and beyond to help me. I needed a new set of wipers and not only did he make sure I got a great set but he put them on for me in less than a minute before the storm started. I have never had that great and friendly of service at an auto parts place, and I truly appreciated it. Will only shop at this store from now on for all my auto parts and accessories needs.

Great customer service! I was five hours away from home and my check engine light came on. The lady at the counter immediately came out and checked my car out and gave me answers quickly. Friendly staff as well! Well deserved five stars ❤️

Found a great deal on steering wheel covers, staff were friendly and helped with price checking. Clean and organized auto parts store.

not only are they rude and childish. looked straight at me saying that they will call me about when my part is ready. i’ve already ordered multiple parts before this and never have they ever called saying the part is ready. absolutely terrible customer service i could rely on a brick wall more than the employees.

"Steven B., the manager, has done wonders with our store here in Princeton, Indiana. Every time I come in—no matter what kind of day he’s having—he shakes it off and makes everyone feel welcome. He’s building an awesome team and turning that store into a top-tier store that other autozones can admire. Way to go Steven! And thank you for the kindness you show us everyday!
