Had what I needed. Personable counter service and out in just a few minutes.
My wife called me at work and said her truck wouldn't start. "Houston We Have A Problem!" I was out currently out of town. A friend jump started her truck and she went to local Auto Zone. An associate named 'Tre' assisted her with fitment, selection, purchase, installation of new battery with the courteousness and professional meeting my standard. I appreciate that.
Guy with longer hair behind counter was AWESOME! He tested/ confirmed 1) my zero turn battery was shot- needed to be 86d 2) Got me replacement and 3) gave advice on the install - Saved me 200 in costs to hire someone. I love this store.
Very friendly and trustworthy always willing to help and explain things properly to a customer and keep you updated on pricing and ETA on delivery of parts well recommended 🙏
