Been to this store a few times and they’ve always been great. Amanda was amazing today; friendly and knowledgeable, even though it’s snowing a little bit she tested my battery without a second of hesitation, replaced it as it was still under warranty, and processed the core charge refund for the alternator I ordered online and the belt I ordered but didn’t end up needing. Life has been particularly rough on me lately with my car breaking down 2 days before getting an eviction notice, so it was really nice to walk in and be treated with kindness.

Ms. Amanda Alston was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance. She took the time to show me how to adjust my rearview mirror correctly, even right before closing and while helping other customers at the same time. I highly recommend coming here and truly appreciate all of the hardworking staff.

Auto Zone on Falls of Neuse was a huge help for me when my battery was dying a slow death. Elsa promptly checked my battery, recommended the correct one and made the buying process easy. I always feel nervous when I make car related purchases alone but I did not feel taken advantage of and felt she was knowledgeable and so friendly. Highly recommend!
