AutoZone Auto Parts

We use Auto Zone for many of our parts purchases. Unfortunately an alternator failed after only a year and two months. We were traveling through Mesquite, AZ and purchased another. Love that lifetime guarantee! Once installed it showed charging, but eight hours later it too failed. By then we were near Scipio, UT. One employee heard I had horses in the trailer, and she got permission to drive the replacement alternator to us. Wow! That was so appreciated. It was on her lunch break and at least a half hour drive each way. Thank you, thank you!

I have replaced my brakes and changed my oil, and this is one of my favorite automotive hardware stores. It is so wonderful because of the great customer service and their knowledge and ability in helping with almost every part of a car. I love their work and I can't wait to go again soon!

Our engine light came on as we were approaching Richfield. The test indicated a problem with the Mass Air Flow Sensor. But Christine, the manager, saw that the real problem was a loose air filter. She secured the filter in a minute and insisted we not pay her. She was outstanding. Thank you again Christine and Autozone!
