I just picked up my car from Hansens after a small fender bender. The quality of work and how quickly they got my car fixed was well above my expectations. Not only are they great people to work with, they do amazing work. I strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of body work and paint.

Mike Hansen sent pictures of the progress of the work being done. But when I went to pick up my car, the bottom panel under the right doors hadn't been done or painted. I showed Mike and he said that it would cost more. I showed him the picture he sent me of it removed from the car. He said the must have forgotten to take it to the paint shop. So that means I paid for it, but they forgot? He said yes, but since they didn't paint it, it's going to cost more. They also missed a paint chip on the trunk which I pointed out when I bought him the car. And to make matters worse. When I left with the car, by the time I got to Fillmore UT, It started overheating, as Mike's employees didn't hook back up the radiator hose line to the reservoir. I'll never use or recommend Hansen's again. Definitely

I had someone pulled out in front of me on my way to Montana in August. I brought my truck here and they made it brand new again. Thank you all for doing a great job and thank you to Nancy for being a big help during the process.

Hansen's did a great job getting my 4runner fixed up the way I requested with matching paint and everything working great.

They were very professional and patient with the insurance issues we were having. Definitely would recommend and would use their services again
