I’ve taken my vehicle to literally every single other repair shop between Sanpete County and Sevier county and been scammed in one way or another. These guys have hands down the best customer service and quality of work I have ever seen. I’ve had these guys repair my rear axle seals and put a new exhaust on my truck and both times I have left with a smile on my face and my wallet in good shape. Jared Jensen and JRS Repair (Towing) are top notch!! We recently had a work vehicle involved in an accident and needed to have the van towed back to Richfield. Called Jared and he was prompt, efficient and courteous and even went out of his way to take photos of the van for me to send to insurance. Highly recommend JRS for repairs, towing, body work as well as auto sales. Thanks Jared for making a stressful situation simple and affordable.

I received assistance from them because my car had a flat tire on the road. Both the lady I spoke to on the phone and the gentleman who came to change my tire were very helpful and did their job well. They replaced my spare tire at a very reasonable price compared to the prices I received from other places. Thank you!

If there was an option for -stars, that’s what you’d receive. Aside from incompetence of the mechanic working on my vehicle, to the after care we received from the owner; i can confidently say I’d never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. My air conditioner needed work done. We were charged for the technician to rip it apart, not do anything with it because he “couldn’t do it”; my husband corrected him on how to do it, we supplied the parts, and were told that we would have our original labor charge applied to the final fixing of my car. Well after getting it back from them, my car came back with the dash lit up giving all sorts of different codes, my air bag was not put back in place and my husband and i were allowed to roll out of their shop in a safety hazard on wheels.
