Kevin the store manager is absolutely amazing. Helped me diagnose that my car's alternator had died and was very prompt and understanding, he valued my time and checked on me and my daughter while waiting for a tow truck. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

Stopped in for the first time in a long time to have a check engine code read. Did not expect the level of service I received. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Store is very well disorganized never have parts you need. If you pay to have them ordered they don't call back and don't have any info about your parts. Employees don't seem to even wanna be there nevermind help anyone or know how to. Regional manager don't care either. One been to a ton of autozones and never once witnessed any of this all were very helpful and good and went out of there way to help. I spend a ton of money on parts and have common vehicles they don't even carry maintenance parts for any no brake pads rotors etc very strange. They need better management and better inventory. I'm not one to complain but this has happened on multiple occasions and I tried reaching out at various times with no outcome....

I just purchased a new vehicle and immediately wanted to get rid of the front license plate which had the dealers name I went to AutoZone and Kevin helped me kindly we put a 3-D American flag license plate on my car. I said we should’ve said Kevin‘s awesome I will go back there again for any of my automotive needs Two thumbs up to Kevin.

TLDR: employees here don’t even know how to install or pick out correct wiper blades without relying on the computer to tell them… Witnessed an employee today mansplain to a woman that the wiper blades he sold her were the correct ones because “the computer gave that part number” he also refused to help her install them, I assume because it was actively snowing, the reason she stopped to get new blades in the first place. After I attempted to help her install them after she tried, it became apparent the blades he sold her did not have the correct adapter for the hook style on her vehicle. He proceeded to come outside and tell us that there is an adapter in the package in an extremely rude way, which there was indeed not one in the package.
