Came in with a dead battery and Kevin not only found the right battery, he also installed a new one and checked my alternator. The manager on duty was also very pleasant to deal with too. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service Rockland Auto Zone!!!

Stopped in 12/18/25 to be honest I wasn’t feeling well and needed to try to make a battery and cable repair as painless as possible. Ian helped me figure it out, even used his own car as an example to make sure I was clear on the process. That’s just natural good service. You can’t script that.

I was traveling through and stopped at the Rockland Maine store and one of your employee's named Kris helped me with a battery. I was having a hell of a day and she helped me out a lot she was very polite and helpful and I am so thankful for the help she gave me when i was a low point from having car problems. I just wanted to make sure got credit for the help she gave me.

I've been debating since Sunday when I was in the store if I should write a review. I decided it needs to be said. You have an employee that was a manager of some kind in the evening that I heard ranting about her coworkers. I left the store without buying anything because anyone who would be so unprofessional doesn't deserve business. With her attitude I didn't feel like dealing with her. She appeared to be a manager and yet felt speaking ill of coworkers around customers was a ok.. Bad attitudes, clear anger issues, and gossip as a manager isn't acceptable. I can only imagine how she talks about customers. Her name appeared to say Kris but honestly I left before getting close enough to deal with her.

This place is honestly THE BEST AutoZone I have ever been to! Have been in 5 or so times for a car light, air filters, parts, etc and the staff have been incredibly kind and knowledgeable. When I typically walk in an auto shop, people either treat me like I am clueless or I get completely ignored, but Raya, Jeremiah, Ed, Shannon, Kevin, Kris(?), the young guy who skateboards, and anyone else have gone above and beyond to be friendly, respectful, and helpful. Hope they get a raise because I’ve lived all over the country and have never had this quality of customer service. We even came back to buy a pocket knives over going to the local WalMart because the staff is a so lovable. Thank you all for being a staple in the community!
