Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change

Like this place, but last time had a couple of issues. They overfilled the oil by nearly a quart. I removed about 24 oz and was still up to or a bit over the max mark. Second thing was that the air filter cover was not secure. They did not get the prongs of the cover into the slots of the base.

The Rockland Maine prompto caused damage to my jeep and refuse to pay for it. Be advised saving money on a cheap oil change can cost you dearly! Go across the street if you like your vehicle! They have 1 job to change oil and can't do it right!

I have been a steady and satisfied customer for 4 years now. They always were a no non-sense kinda place. It worked for me till this past week. I had the oil changed on my Passat. Left the next morning for a roadtrip to Plymouth Mass. Right when we got on 295/Brunswick my whole undercarriage engine cover came off, IN ONE PIECE it just popped off. Coincidental, HMMMM!!! I called them that day and left a message to contact me. No call or texts. Four days later, upon returning, I went over there, they said "sorry" about that. I then asked them if they could make sure there are procedures in place for this not to happen. I walked outta there just pissed off!!! Looks like they would like to have some constructive dialogue. Was very impressed with the customer service. Everyone was extremely polite and communicative during the process. Even the young guys working were polite as could be. My visit there restored my faith in humanity a bit, seriously.

Extremely disappointed in this business...just had a oil change done not even a week ago and now I have oil pissing out my vehicle. Now that. Being said they were already aware of this situation with my oil filter..leaked once while I was there and they changed it..now I have to wait until they are open to make it back with out completely ruining my vehicle and still be able to make it home from work 30 minutes away!!! Not Happy!! People check your oil after you've had it done.
