Buying a car has always been a daunting experience for me. When I finally decided to take the plunge again, I was referred to Quirk by several friends. Brian was amazing and in a few hours, I was in a 2025 Trailblazer that I LOVE!! Thanks so much for making everything go smoothly, and taking the time to explain all of the features of the car to my very easily overwhelmed mind!! I highly recommend and would definitely return for my future vehicles!!

I just bought my second new truck from Rob Lacasse, one in 2021 and one yesterday 8/1/25. He makes the process remarkably easy, especially given my busy schedule. He searched many dealerships all over New England to land me the truck I wanted. Yesterday morning it was in Brockton, MA and by 4 pm I was driving it home. Thanks for the smooth process!

Currently sitting here in the lounge area waiting going on 2 hours into a “45 minute oil change”. Absolutely no update on why it’s taking so long to do a simple oil change. I was the first person here 10 minutes before they even opened the bay doors and the first car in the bay to be worked on. I check on status about an hour into and was told it takes and hour to do the oil change so I’m at a total loss. Everyone has been polite and the staff has been nothing but pleasant but my god. 2 hours……

The experience was my first time buying a new vehicle and I was very pleased. I was treated professionally and Robert explained and shown me all the features with the 2025 Trailblazer RS. The process to buy my first vehicle was easy and shown how to access all the safety features and maintenance diagnostics, Robert helped me set up myChevrolet app. Understanding everything was straightforward and very professional. Paperwork was easy…service plan… excellent! I would do business again, no need to look anywhere else. I’m what you call “ A happy camper.”

I want to say thank you to Shawn for a great job finding our grandson the perfect truck. You did a great job explaining the details to him. You made his experience so great. You explained everything to him. That’s great to see watching our teenager buy his first vehicle. Kevin was great in the final stages of closing the deal. Xavier was very content with this. We watched the whole experience. We thank you so much and WILL be back! Oh, we love the truck also! Thank you and highly recommend these folks.
