AutoZone Auto Parts

Just had an awesome experience ... my 2015 Ford Escape battery died. Had to get it charged just to get to the store. This battery is NOT easily accessible (boo Ford) but Kat Hammes and Frank Gilley were relentless in getting it swapped out and even cleaned the terminal that was severely corroded (10 years old and original battery). Several parts had to be removed just to access the battery but they got it done with "no parts leftover". I did buy an air filter too since we had it apart and I definitely needed one. Many thanks to Kat and Frank! The girl who rung me up was awesome too but unfortunately I did not make note of her name at the time. Will definitely be returning if/when I need additional car repairs!

Will just order online and save my gas money from running back and forth to trade it for the right part.

I needed a new battery and I don't have a clue how to install one. Both of the people working was so helpful and one install the new for me. Both were most respectful ,and that is not the norm these days. I say thanks to them

They did not honor the gold battery my wife purchased. The manager said we had already returned it for another vehicle, made no sense to us. With Napa, O'Reilly's, Advanced, and Fisher Auto parts in town we will not be spending another penny at AutoZone. In fact we took the battery to Advanced and they tried to charge the battery before we had to buy another.

The regular staff was nice and helpful but their manager Nathan, acted childish and unprofessional since he kept repeating what i was saying as the staff and I was talking. Don’t know how Nate got that position but he’s good at teaching people to go to advance or oreillys from now on.
