I can't thank Martin JR enough!!! Autozone is very lucky to have him as an employee! I hope he is very appreciated there because he goes above and beyond at what he does. I am beyond blessed that i came to this autozone and was helped by him. Sometimes we go in to buy one thing and turns out your car needed way more than that...he made me feel comfortable and respected and helped me through the WHOLE process. Great customer service, smart and reliable great person overall.

went to other shops like oreilly for help on a specific size of a push rivet. they were no help, but the guys here were able to find the similar size and even provide a refund in the event it didnt work out. the rivets i got were perfect. they know what they're doing here, and they're very nice

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I received excellent customer service from Coley (manager). We came to this location because of a battery issue and discovered that it just needed a charge. Throughout the process, Coley was attentive and incredibly kind. I’ve never experienced customer service like this at any other location. We even ended up paying nothing. I definitely recommend this place!

I bought four batteries, and three of them were broken. When I went to return them, they refused to accept the refund and only allowed replacements. However, they said the store only had two, so they only replaced two. They asked me to go to another store to exchange the other two. The address is 9712 E Valley Blvd, Rosemead, CA 91770. The Asian employee in this store was very bad, rude, and very impatient. After testing with his instrument, he refused to acknowledge my test results. I asked for a replacement, but he refused to do so and said he would be fired if I did. He said the word "fired" loudly many times, then turned around and laughed with his colleagues, saying "are you kidding me". This is an online order.
