Luis great job you really helped me out. It’s times like this when you remember that customer service is everything. There’s no way I could have gotten the part just shipped out and just did it all myself… Luis stuck with me all the way from finding the right part, to making sure it was installed on my car and everything was working… there were a few round trips just to make sure but it’s clear he had a genuine interest and care. My car battery died after dark and I was stranded. I was able to jump my car and make it over to AutoZone, where I had a great experience. Dominick was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by helping me install the new battery and making sure I was good to go. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Dominick truly made a stressful situation easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location, ask for Dominick!

Easy, fast, and helpful service. We needed a new battery and while swapping it out should be easy I was too hesitant to do it myself. Domenick was super kind and helped us out. He sold us the right equipment and helped install it for us. Thanks so much for making sure my car is running again in tiptop shape.

Unbelievable! My "check engine" light was on and my stomach was turning! Went to this Auto Zone and the manager? was teaching their Foundations Class of new employees! She showed them and advise them that " this is how we treat our customers!" Outside we all went, she plugged in the computer, got the code, back in to print the results! All the while teaching her class what's going on! They checked my battery, all good! I was impressed and left a happy customer! I will be back! Thank you all!🙂

I received excellent customer service today. I was on my lunch break and my battery died while at the shopping center. I had planned on purchasing the battery and calling a co-worker to come install it for me. I didn't have to do that because Craig (I hope I got his name right) was kind enough to do it for me. Thank you and you have a customer for life.
