Came in for a new battery and Josh helped me put in my new battery, very polite and was fast. 10/10 recommend

I usually prefer autozone, but in this store was disappointing, I asked the to help me check the check engine light and the battery, the guy who assisted me told me he didn’t know but the scanner was not giving any information, then when he checked the battery told me that was 24% charged, but he couldn’t know is good or bad, very frustrating I went to O’reilly auto-parts and I bought a new battery with the diagnostic of check engine, better service in Scottbluff

Worker was very helpful and willing to help me with what I needed to get done, no questions asked

Devan tested my battery and alternator. Loaned me tools to replace my alternator. Finished the job in 30 minutes so I could go back to hunting and make it back to California tomorrow with some piece of mind. First Class Service! Thank you!

i went to auto zone to get oil for my car i needed some help and this man was rude and didn’t even listen to me awful customer service i was very irritated i simply needed some help and he had a very bad attitude
