My husband called 8-26-2025 spoke to a lady named Jamie. He needed a radiator. Give Jamie everything she needed to know about the vehicle. She said they didn't have any in stock and she had to get one from another store. She told him that it would be there on 8-27 at 9 am. When he called to see if it was there another woman said that Jamie hadn't placed the order. Jamie needs to do a better job when it comes to placing orders

Keith was over the top with helping find the right spark plug and then continued to call a mechanic to get us in last second on a Friday! Phenomenal customer service and impeccable help when we were stranded and had no help from anyone else. Auto zone> O’reilly’s.

Went in to exchange a warranties battery, asked if they could change it out for me and the politely explained that the stores in their district could no longer perform that type of work. Although I was a little discouraged they kindly offered assistance and their knowledge to help me R & R the battery myself. A grateful thank you goes out to Christy and the Gentleman whose name slips my forgetful mind!! Having visited the store before and experiencing a positive encounter will always take me back when in need!

went in today to get a part & they were making fun of a customer that had disabilities. If you want to talk about someone don’t say it around other customers, you chose that job. If you wanna make fun of someone, go find another job.
