Josh the Assitant Manager was awesome. He was able to help me with expedited service. Called another store for me to verify they had the part i was looking for. Even made sure i was taken care of through my Commercial Account! His tram was even working hard to back him up. They all worked flawlessly and moved quickly. He didn’t have to give me a deal for my extended wait time but the pricing was well worth the wait! And worth the drive! I would drive all the way back to this location just for great service! My service today at 975 Kemper Ave Cincinnati, OH store was WONDERFUL. The associate, JOSH, greeted me with a smile and offered me assistance as soon as I entered the store. He proceeded to grab exactly the windshield wipers I needed, ring them and install them for me. He was so fast that all this probably only took him 6 minutes max. I am so thrilled to find someone knowledgeable and kind who actually cares about helping customers. I would drive across town for Josh’s service any time I need parts from here on out. Awesome experience! Malcolm was a great help. He told me about the bundles available that came with my rotors. He’s always does a great job when I come in.

Gabrielle A was very helpful ant assessing my car’s problem and helping me figure out a fix. He was very thoughtful and efficient and I am grateful for his help. I would definitely go back and highly recommend working with him.

I think this is par for the course, unfortunately in 2025. Everyone just acts like you're bothering them when you walk into a business. Not all...but a lot. I don't want anything from anyone. The employees helped me install a part. I was getting heavy "you're annoying us" vibes. I'm not going to bother with the other several questionable things that happened. I said thanks. No response. Again, I don't usually do this, but its a giant problem. Customer service is on life support.
