Great experience with Overbeck twice now. It was easy to get appointments fairly quickly, they started the work on time, and I had no complaints about the service. The service advisor, Anthony did a great job explaining things and answering my questions. Their prices are very reasonable and they are not at all pushy about additional parts/services. I plan to continue bringing my vehicles there.

It gives you comfort to know that when i go out, start the car it will run & get me to whatever destination i am going & back home without worry.

It’s tough because I typically love to give a great review and I feel that I have good experiences at most places. I dropped my car off today, I’ve been having some issues and was quoted for $5,000. Honestly, I wasn’t willing to pay that as the car is not worth that much at this point. We came in for what the issue was and saw the spark plug replacement service was $486.09, that’s what we needed. I would steer clear unless you’re looking to be overcharged. They charged a $205.14 fee for their diagnostic. I would genuinely just go anywhere else. It seems like they’re looking to make as much as they can instead of actually fixing the issue at hand.

I was so impressed with my experience at Overbeck. I was greeted immediately, my needs & concerns were noted. The waiting area had ample seating, a television, coffee, water & snacks. The atmosphere was more than comfortable. My service was completed in a timely manner & all my concerns were met. I would highly recommend Overbeck Auto & plan on using their services in the future. I was more than satisfied.
